I haven't done City Creek Canyon for over ten years. I forgot how quite and peaceful that Canyon is. My family name is even on a sign near the top. Apparently Laury W. Cracroft was part of the Rotary Club, who helped establish the recreation area and I'm assuming pledged the money to build the park.
